Shoot, I've changed my mark 15 times in a tournament. I think it's genius.

Like said, I think the reward system can estimulate some donations, so I think zanz did it well to help himself getting money.

But, about the shard, without the readiness thing (argh, just because of that useless Dive skill), it doesnt look so interesting. Wow, great, now Anubis can make creatures immortal without aether quanta. How about to try an aether tower instead of the soooo powerfull shard? This way you can even put a Lobotomizer in deck, to use when you are not using Anubis. Trident? Earthquakes usually do better. Pulverizer? Gravity has already a good sinergy with earth, so no need to avoid the duo. But I will believe that the shard of not-readiness (after the nerf the name sounds simply stupid) is powerfull: so please post a deck using it, that wouldnt be better using towers, and that is a strong deck.

Balance the otyughs, huh? Looks like Im really the single one that thinks a card dont need to be nerfed just because its used. Sure, nerfs of hourglass, steal, etc, were also welcome. I think we should nerf quanta tower, its the most used card in the game! (in fact, I dont think that). This doesnt balance Otyugh. U think it will be less used because it "shouldnt" devour 2 creatures and an animated weapon? This just makes poison decks stronger, mainly Scorpio. I bet we all would love a medium difficulty FG becoming a hard FG. The FG are already so easy, heh?

To me:
- reward system - irrelevant (although its good for the game progress, I dont intend to donate).
- new cards - irrelevant, wont make me clean the cache.
- free metamorphosis - good, but not really necessary.
- info box thing - irrelevant, I had no problem about how they were.
- poisonous creatures - bad thing, it makes a FG harder; and this was not necessary.
- veredict: minor useless update.
How dare the blatant developers not make updates you like at this game, for which you're paying 20 bucks a month!

He has some good points about SoR though. It's only useful in very few decks that use creatures with an ability cost of 3+. In other decks a tower would be better.

still not convinced. if you add a single aether tower instead, it probably wont suffice, to supply you with enough quanta. also it could be destroyed pretty easily. so you would at least need another card, to protect it. the ability cost of the purple nymph, for example is 4  :entropy .

problem with the previous version was, that it was way overpowered. especially, if used with flying weapons.

You don't even have to add an extra tower, just change your Mark. That's how insignificant Shard of un-Readiness can be. In doing so you save deck space and the trouble of drawing those towers.

PuppyChow was just stating that you wouldn't want to exchange a tower for the Shard of Readiness, because floating quanta is more versatile. You can use it for shields, weapons, creatures, spells. With Shard of Readiness, you just negate one creature's ability cost without the Readiness while taking up card space.

i thought about the shards flaw as soon as i saw it.  All i can really see for it is for flying weapons (eternity + quint + this = no deck out ever), Nymphs, or Butterfly effect monsters (best use imo)

In fact, if you will have quanta to play a card like Eternity or a Nymph, usually you will have a quanta supply that is enough to cast its skill. And talking about this with these cards... lets see. Flying weapons + Shard or creature + BE + Shard its a 3 card combo, that can be removed by a single spell, like Rewind, or Black Shadow, or Lobotomizer, or anything that kills the creature / animated weapon. Doesnt really seem to be reliable. Nymphs? You really have a lot of a type of Nymph, to make it and Shard in a good deck? Post a strong deck with the Shard, and I can change my mind.

If the Shard had kept the readiness part, it would be interesting because playing a card and using it at same turn is game changing. Not really OP from start. It was OP with Dive. Dive its a skill that its unfair, I think. Any card that increase attack will have an issue with Dive. It could be changed, I think. But even not changing it, the readiness effect shouldnt stack: ready creature, then even more ready, then even more ready, then eve more ready? This would correct the Dive problem. The way the Shard is, we have a rare card that adds almost nothing to the game play, wow, great.

About the free metamorphosis, yes, I have changed mark a lot. But the 100 cost really doesnt hurt me. I just change when the gains are supposed to be bigger. Its still a good thing, but making Scorpio stronger is much more trouble to me than the 100 cost of metamorphosis. If it had changed to "free metamorphosis to every mark you had already used", like the mark type being free after you pay a 100 fee, already good enough. Anyway, Im not complaining about the free metamorphosis. It looks like a small gift, so we are not bored about the rest of the update :D

I've noticed lately in this upgrade an increased amount of pillars showing up in the spins. In the last few days I've won about 5 pillars, where before I had won only 1 or 2 in the first six weeks I'd been playing.

Anyone else seeing this?

@Tallguy2241
YES

Has the chance of getting a pillar in the spins been increased? Because I'm finding them much more often.
Probably a way to stop/hurt rare farms. But it just annoying for FGs and AI 3 and 5s.

Just a random note, disregard if already pointed out.

When you click "Quests" and the "Upgrade" and "Level 6" buttons pop up, the new "Redeem Code" button reverts back to the "Metamorphosis".

Not a big deal at all, but maybe we should fix it?
