Since Liquid Shadow's cost is going down, should the skill "Liquid Shadow" for the Black/Dark Nymph go down as well?

I think the main page has all the card / cost changes from v1.20 to v1.21. And v1.21 with all the new cards is out, so I'll not be updating this thread anymore. Mods, feel free to lock it, if you like...
