ART: | I have a couple of ideas what this thing can look like, but gonna hold to it until after the brawl ends, probably.

| NOTES: | Locust skill is kinda like a combination between devourer and Gotp's obsession, in that it wastes your own quanta. It's also similar in the way that it's a passive skill and can't be lobotomized.
Spawning Locusts on your opponent's side is an interesting idea, IMO. It works as both the denial and, when paired with antimatter, a decent amount of healing (that is, if you have enough quanta).
