That's intentional. Fog Shield is inexpensive and does not demand your quanta, so it doesn't compete with your creatures.

That list also says you are to take out and sell those items.

For gravity this is also a good deck and you can build it by doing first 3 quests.

Either.. do what the other guy under you said or bring a few fire rains with you.
But if your going to bring both don't do that you'll need another element in your deck unless your Rainbow or Quartet

I have a few cards that I don't keep in my deck and every time I log back in, they're back in the deck. does it always happen like that or is it just me? How can I stop it? I don't want to sell those cards.

You have to keep 30 cards in your deck.

If you have the 30 you want in the deck, and the others you want to keep out of the deck, make sure to go to the main menu and see the green "Saved" notice appear at the top.  This means the game saved your cards in the exact position you left them.
