I just have to say thank you once again for this thread! Simplifying the strategy is exactly what I needed. (And, uh, having a strategy at all, really.)

Just a side note: In the section about Water, you might want to add the air symbol and use bolded cyan text where you say to change the mark. I noticed it right away when I played Earth because of the way it's written up.

I wanted so badly to love Entropy. I almost chose Chaogirl as my nick instead of using my Kong account name, but decided against it, since it's clearly a reference to an element that doesn't quite work for me. I'm not sure what it is, but I suspect that there are a lot of things about luck.... more than most decks.... and I'd rather rely on probabilities.

Thank you  :time

This is spectacular for a total noob, like myself.

For the Earth deck, have you considered replacing a few pillars with Time Pendulums and changing your mark back to Earth? It would make it a bit harder to evolve Graboids, but as long as you only drew one Pendulum, you'd be able to play your Graboids and Shriekers faster. Just a thought.

Nice username. Have you sacrificed yourself lately to deal direct damage? ;)

My issue with having just a few Time Pendulums with a Mark of Earth is that there will be games where you will have no way to evolve your Graboids, as the pendulums are stuck at the bottom. With mark of :time, you are guaranteeing that every Graboid is going to evolve when you see fit to evolve it. Another bonus is that pillars produce more of a single quantum type than pendulums do, so there is a higher :earth yield in the end with all Earth Pillars and a mark of :time.

Hehe, yeah.. a Ghost deck with Graboids, Earth mark and some time pends and pillars is crazy fast. Not easily accessible from the get-go though.

The main problem is that most people create their accounts BEFORE finding the forums, so they had already started on making awesomesauce decks. Too bad. :( Anyway, could there be two choices for each? If so, i recommend Accel. Armagios / Catapulted Titans for the seconds one.

If people already know what awesomesauce tastes like, then they don't need to read my newbie tutorial. Also, Titan is a rare card, which defeats the purpose of a quick starting strategy to make electrum right away.

I agree Accelerated Armagios is surprisingly brutal against these Elders. 6 Armagios, 5 Accs, 3 GP's, 3 Momentums (or 6 Accs, 2 Momentums), a Short Sword and 12 pillars.
Chargers would be better if they didn't die so easily to the large amounts of CC the "new" Elders have. Both decks are, however, cheaper and better than packing Colossal Dragons.
