I have an issue:
I have gathered a lot of electrums (10k), but I never got a single Lobotomiser in the wheels (I think I even never saw 2 of them in it). I tried Arena and AI3 to get some of them. Any other ways maybe?

Arena is definitely the best way to get them; it's harder to get them from AI3. The only other way I can think of is from Half-Bloods (very rare), PvP (varies a lot) and False Gods (from Decay and Gemini).

If you don't like rares and really want to farm False Gods unupped, you can try Liquid Antimatter (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,17730). It doesn't have a good winrate at all, but still makes you some money.

Or you can just slowly upgrade another False God killing deck like Ghostal (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,30623).

In fact, I should probably add one of those to the tutorial later. Does anyone have thoughts on these?

Yeah I got the Liquidantimatter one, good concept ^^. But I'm waiting for the Oracle to tell me if I can play it or not. :p

It's just that, you know, I kinda like the look of the Rol/Hope deck. ^^
So I want to build it.

To come back on my issue, you suggest me to insist in the Arena. Silver or Bronze? It's not easy to win at all when you have just 4 days of play behind you like me. :]

Silver can get you way more money, but go for bronze if you want the rarespins and the rares. If you're a beginner, then go for bronze. The decks there are easier and you may win some neat cards as well as some spare cash.

How do i get lobotomisers from the arena, I can farm AI3 and even get a lot of Mastery, but when i try the arena i get owned, typical i get 1 win from 9 and waste all the money i am saving towards the 9000, and at 40 per win its slow.

^You'll need a deck that can beat Bronze League easily. Usually the deck you used for AI3 can work well, but since the Arena changes so much, you may have to switch to different decks that can beat those. This topic (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,30564.0.html) has a few decks that are commonly used against Arena. Most of those are fully or partially upgraded but you can pick some unupped decks and try your luck. For Bronze League you'll need six wins in a row to get the rare spin.

This has won for me with just about the same effectiveness as the 3 lobotomizer version and since I don't have to choose between using those my quanta on lobotomizing or fractaling I can almost always fractal in 2-3 turns after the first 3 or 4 draws at the latest. Every once in a while I get a few bad draws with lots of fractals but I consider it better than having to keep the lobotomizer(s) stuck in my hand in case of PC. I started off with an account based around farming with an unupped speed-bow against ai3 until I had LA+~3000 electrum. I then farmed with LA until I had enough money to buy my RoL/Hope deck and now I have 2000 electrum and am farming Gold and have a level 10 arena deck where before I had -4000 score with LA.
Upgrading tip: Upgrade pillars and pendulums like I did in the picture above. Alternate the 2 upgrades to increase the deck's resistance against earth quake. Especially helps when only 2-4 towers/pendulums are upgraded
