Short Bow | Longbow

It's just Hammer/Gavel for Air.  It's adding to the card pool, which is nice.

It's also ranged and a fairly simple concept. I like.

I see this card as being useful for newbies until they pick up an eagle's eye.
I don't really see it's usefulness other than that, I suggest something to allow it to rival eagle's eye. Some decks still choose hammer/gavel over pulverizer or titan.

Anyways, I'm running an unstable gas deck with fire mark, so I won't have a use for this.

The bow is  e.g. useful in a Graboid/Shrieker deck with Time mark, Water decks with Air mark for Toadfish.
Gavel is only useful in Earth decks, because Gravity decks normally use Titan.

It's nice air's getting some good buffs - I know this isn't really air, but it uses it.

I like the card overall. Be pretty cool to see more weapons like this.

Also, in the title of the thread, it says "Longbow" but the card says "Long Bow" Not a huge problem though.

Zanz is changing the upped card to Longbow. I promise.

This is the card I'm most excited about out of the whole patch.

Does anyone know its stats when it's animated (as a creature)? I'm guessing the upgraded version is 6|N (N = unknown to me).

3/4 unupgraded, 6/6 upgraded.

Zanz is going to change the flying weapon stats as well. I'm not sure to what, but he did mention it.

Yup.  And flying gavels aren't blocked by Wings either, so this really is pretty much the same card.

Fun fact: starting hand of 1 nova, 4 longbows, 3 flying weapons = 28 damage, but you still can't get to 100 damage in three turns without .
