I think the upped might need to cost a little more though, perhaps 4 ?
Blocking 2 damage is rarely seen and really hurts lots of decks, and for 3 ?

Yeah this seems pretty cheap for what it does. I think 3 | 5 would be good, but it's hard to tell without playtesting.

Wow. Dunno if this is needed, nor if I like the idea, but I definetly support it... I'm like confused. I guess I thought Zanz won't ever want to do such an idea.

I guess balance is needed, indeed. I mean, 2 block is too much to be worth 3  (look at titanium shield)

I agree. I kind of think that both shields, the unupgraded and upgraded version, should only block one damage.

THAT^, or making the shield drain 1 or 2 random quanta per turn as a setback. Reason? This can be used in ANY decks, so that's a major nerf to certain creatures, as said already. Mono/Duo/Trio decks will now gain a big step in power, so that quanta draining should balance it out a little.
