New False God: Osiris

at this point, if you know that osiris is your next god he's a piece of cake with a specialized deck.  All you need is enough healing to heal through his damage over a permafrost shield or diamond shield. Then just throw in an eternity or two to make sure you don't deck out and to get rid of his momentum and you're good to go. The only problem is that you're not always prepared for the rush with a standard rainbow. i'm still about 50% win/lose on Osiris - not great but not terrible

Damn, I wanted to add that using Inudination is really funny against a board full of scarabs but seems like you just beat me to it

I think that one of the 2prevent shields is enough to beat him but of course a gravity shield works wonders against him.

He didn't even get to summon any, because I drew Electrocuter on the first draw.  I just switched off to Eternity after I lobotomized the middle row and drew Inundation.

I was going off the wiki when fighting him, and my oty was just strong enough to eat his scarabs, so I was thinking I was winning, when suddenly he reverse timed my oty and owned me. I didn't know he had that card (he didn't have eternity out).

he does have 4 momentums, but 4 shards can easily outheal the damage.



after the 1.23 (or 1.22) patch, osiris became so much smarter. even though false gods are supposed to draw 2 cards per turn, he only draws one when he's almost out of cards.

also, he sometimes uses rewind on his own monsters to lengthen his turn.

the smartest thing i saw was that after the board is full, his scarabs start eating some of the 9+ pharaohs and later even scarabs. O_O

but still he's a piece of cake if u have the right shield.

Where is your Hope?
The only Problem with a RoL/Hope is when Osiris is drawing and playing 2 Pharaos several times in row. Then you need maybe 3 turns to remove all pharao abilities and further maybe 5 turns to remove all scarab abilities. During this turns all your RoL got eaten and you lost maybe.
