That's only if you try to go to https://elementscommunity.org as opposed to http://elementscommunity.org
I never migrated the forums to https. It says "flasc" which is a reference to https://fla.sc/ which is part of an internal system on the server. It's not malicious and there is no JavaScript on it. You might have a browser extension doing that.
