The tears of my elemental foes.

I personally like to have an omelet, with bacon and sausage. Hash browns (diced or cakes) is also a staple. When I don't have time to make an omelet, generally I just do an overhard egg with salt and pepper, sometimes cheese.

Call me Gaston.

Love me some brioche in the morning. Slice that shit nice and thick, ram it in the toaster, blaze it 'til it's a crispy gold colour and slather that stuff in a metric ton of butter.

Continental is nice too. Croissants and pain au chocolat and all that jazz.

I've never been one for full english (by which I mean anything involving meat, really). Not a fan of grease in the mornings.

Peanut butter and raspberry jam sandwich. Something easy to eat while running out the door to campus or work.

A banana.

All the potassium you need in a day. Fruits are magic.

I have a breakfast maybe 2 or 3 times a year when forced upon me, usually just toast.

I need to eat healthier. I have Fiber One cereal in the pantry, but tend to default to Eggos or nothing >.< I'll try to take some inspiration from this thread.

Breakfast determines how even your energy level is throughout the day and is necessary if you want to meet both your micro and macronutrient targets for the day. This is relevant for your immune system, your physical and your mental development as well as the recovery and repair process of both. In addition, those who don't have breakfast suffer a much higher risk of developing diabetes at a higher age, and it's usually the meal when we get our daily need of stomach bacteria (yoghurt), fibre (good bread or cereal) and potassium (yoghurt and bananas). All are vital for the immune system. I could go on.
