There are a lot of people in war leaving. We all know that people have things that they can not imagine come up. You may get a senior project that you really couldnt know about because some teachers are a pain. You could have a death in the family, or your parents could be alive but just dont let you on anymore, or a whole other sort of things. IF it is something like that, ok, I understand. Take your time, maybe we will see when you RL eases up, maybe we wont. its not your fault.

A situation like this however,

"I have band camp now, and I will have to devote my time to that, and my 20 other after school activities"
&&&
"Its just not fun anymore"

are the excuses that aggravate me.

Seriously, if its a sport you are doing, then you were well aware of this before war. You shouldnt have even joined. Let someone else enjoy it. Why do you join these events if you think there is even a chance of you cutting out?

If you are just not entertained with it anymore, then I'm normally fine with that excuse. I mean, if you want to stop playing a game, you stop. However, if you are in a team event like this, that is what bugs me. You should at least deal with the "chore" it has become a while longer. I know war can last a while, but honestly, all you really need to do is show up for battles, and pay attention to what deck to expect. The rest of the team can handle your duties for you like salvaging ect.

Don't get me wrong, like I said before, things happen in RL that we cant expect. And normally I wouldn't care what your excuse is, if you want to leave, you leave. However, if you are participating in a war, or something similar, you should at least finish your duties there (I know, war can take forever). And if you knew there was a good chance of something coming up, then you shouldnt have joined in the first place. Perhaps this just bugs me because I think people aren't disciplined enough and think they should keep to thier commitments, who knows.

While I may not feel the same passion as you do, BluePriest, I do feel that there has been a severe lack of foresight on some people's part with regard to how much time they would have available to them.  That being said, I will always welcome back anyone who has left with open arms, as this has been a wonderful community to me, and I will strive to the best of my ability to continue on this legacy for as long as I am here.
