Of course he does. His blades make up for the lack of sharpness of his arms.

Personally though, i prefer my sharp things. i was never wild about machetes.

And to be honest, even though Kael seems much older, and has a giant machete, and a 7 skull necklace, I think ICB would fight pretty well.
And I like his sunglasses.
And look at his picture. He's obviously standing on the wall. Anyone with that kind of balance and coordination is quite plainly, awesome.
And when you compare the two pictures, ICB's is smaller, and more 'humble'. I always support the underdog.
(And while I have reused the same conjunction many times, without any hint of stopping, and I may have sounded sarcastic part of the time, I truly don't know who will win. But, I always support the underdog. ALWAYS. So... ICB!)
