Excellent read, I'll definitely view this often.

On the height thing, I'd like to point out that just because something is perceived as true, doesn't mean it really is- there are tall people who are very poor, leadership-wise, and short people who make very good leaders. I, personally, believe that the truth usually lies somewhere in the middle of the extremes (like here, with short/tall people being good leaders)

I didn't actually say that being tall means you have great leadership qualities. And I also didn't say that short people cannot make great leaders. I just said that tall people get to a leadership position more easily than short people. This is a statistical fact, not a theory.

Just a clarification.
