Quiz: Which Element are you?

I am .  No surprise really, I've taken "What dragon are you"-type quizzes before and usually came out an Air or Wind Dragon.

Funny, the three people I work with and myself very closely fit the four classical elements - we discussed it over lunch recently.  Wina is Fire, she has a volatile personality but is also very passionate; Garlon is Air, he's small and moves quickly and lightly, and you can't always see what he's doing; El is Earth, he's often very stubborn and traditional but he's the most reliable, and also our elder; and I'm Water, since I tend to find the easiest way to do things and am always relaxed and peaceful, and I spread that peace to others.

Yeah, but there's a downside to each.  Wina gets upset easily, Garlon can be unpredictable at times (which is often hilarious), El can be hard to convince there's a better way to do things, and I sometimes take the path of least resistance - meaning if I'm very tired, I may not work so hard.  That's people for you!

There is a fifth member of our department, a new hire named Chris.  He's something of an outcast, so we dubbed him Heart.  With our powers combined...
