Also, if the "popular vote" mechanic for making moves doesn't work out, you can try having a team captain that sends in the moves. This team captain can always be replaced by someone else on the team if the majority of the team wants that to happen.

This is pretty good. The creator said they wanted to make a chess game that was less about memorisation and more about general strategies. There are some pretty novel mechanics, although not all pieces are equally balanced. Still worth a play i reckon though, and it gets updated with new pieces semi-regularly.

So this thread is meant to just gather up all Chess players in one spot. There actually have been a few chess threads made on this forum, all spread out, that I found by using the search function, but thought instead of necroing a random one of them I'd start one new.

So, I've played one or two of you before for an off game on a site I don't even remember. But for the last couple of weeks I've been getting in some games quite regularly. I'm active on lichess @moehrpi if you want to hit me up I'd be glad to see a familiar face.
