So should we choose some staff member that start this up? I think all we need is to post a topic, say what we can offer, hire mentors and start learn people stuff.
In the meantime I offer my help to any novice (or above) player that like to have some tips and so on.

Now all we gotta do is gather more mentors, especially masters (Blacksmith and Odii Odsen too, hopefully) and then advertise ourselves in Introduce Yourself topics.
