Is there going to be Propaganda support teams?

I have not joined war because of being very involved in CI&A.
Any advice is welcome.

I think you need at least a full deck of unupgraded life or fire cards to be able to fully compete for those teams.

Your name and dedication are well known on this forum so I think people would love to take you on their teams. You do need a semi-full deck of cards of the element you wish to join however. Same goes for rares like Fahrenheit, Druidic Staffs and also important cards like photons, flying weapons, sanctuaries, etcetc.

Also, upgrades are needed this time around. If I was picking, I'd think twice before taking someone without a fully upped FG grinder... If you have one, though, I'm sure you can manage to grind about 1-2 hours a week for the 3 upgrades you'll need.

Regardless of team, you'll need to have enough cards/electrum to build a new deck with 3 upgrades (~1000 electrum for unupped cards + 4500 electrum for upped cards) every week. As Morm said, you'll likely need a fully upped FG grinder to make sure that you can get the electrum for deckbuilding each week without going insane from the other pre-battle preparations you'll be doing.

Having at least a few copies of each rare is probably a good idea (especially with cards like Arsenic and Vampire Dagger, which can be easily splashed into rainbows).

War is a very time-consuming event -- be prepared to spend a good 8-12 hours during the Deckbuilding Phase for each round theorycrafting and testing decks in Trainer with the rest of the team.

In the past, some of the people who assisted with the propaganda weren't participating in War, and that was perfectly fine. If you aren't going to be playing for a team, you can still help out the Masters with War banners and propaganda.
