Pizza toppings

I'm italian and I'm a pizza maker.... yours tastes guys are strange compared to ours here in Italy 
anything other than tomato is blasphemy here. only foreigners ask me other sauces (oh my Lord...)

My favorite food is a normal cheese pizza, light on the cheese with a little extra sauce.

I like white sauce pizza with pineapple. And I never mind some extra cheese

Nothing beats a Pizza king pizza, where all the ingredients are under the cheese instead of over. And then I like beef toping (kind of just an entire layer of ground beef), sausage, pepperoni, black olives, and marinara to dip it in.

I'm also quite fond of the local philly cheesesteak pizza, hawaiian pizza, and the pizza from Pizza hut that had little weenies for crust and came with a tub of mustard. Oh my god that was so good.

I only use tomato sauces on my pizzas, I can agree with that

You had me at chicken, curry, and peanuts, but lost me at banana slices. I'm going to have to try that now.

People are so exotic with their choices; then again, I think I'm just a bland American.

My favorite is having just a TON of mushrooms and cheese; so much warm melted cheese (non-cheddar, just white) that when you take a bite of the pizza, there's no choice left but to pull the pizza slice away from your mouth to try to separate the tasty gooey-awesomeness that is the cheese. I'm kinda apathetic towards any additional toppings, whether it's pineapple, anchovies, artichoke hearts, olives, any meat (including sausage and pepperoni), and whatever.

But extra MUSHROOMS and CHEESE? Just divine. Ranch dressing/marinara dip works better with cheese bread in my opinion.
