Now, there are many reasons behind this post, the main is probably the fact that the CIA section definitely needs more care.
I'll begin by saying that i had the luck to build a little knowledge about card design after i had the chance to talk and learn about it from people like: oldtrees(.), rutarete, odin vanguard, drake, zblader(wich has a great analytical capacity), captain scibra and many others(with a special thank to emerald tiger wich teached me the most things in the making of the hybrids project), all people i have a great esteem of.
Why do i builted such confidence in said people?
Because of the passion they putted into it and the most important thing of all: the clarity with wich they explained things or simply discuss them.simple and direct.
What is that is bothering me nowdays?
The fact that the cryticism quality really dropped down and as a concequence the card ideas quality did it as well.
What can be done to restore the situation?*
STOP:BIG PREMISE>the more a player is new, the more are the chances of the card he presented to be bad(as in not balanced, a bad theme or stepping on another pre-existent card feet)...the more a player is old, the more are the chances that if said player participates in a CONSTRUCTIVE manner(without an oppressive or constant presence mandatory), in the new player project(even with just couple posts), the more the card will be good at the end of the day.
END OF THE BIG PREMISE.
*Old etgwise users should put more effort when making a comment, giving tips and such, on a card thread, or otherwise, DO NOT COMMENT, as the concepts fragmentation and the incomplete concepts will not educate the next card designers generations nor give them a good example of how a more elder member should behave.
Now. 2 points.
1)Why i said "next generation", as we are not talking about making maps for a 17 years old game as quake, but of a 4 years old game, wich needs no or little users refresh?
Because sadly, most of the good fellas that brought a lot of quality in the CIA section are no longer active on the forum or are really less interested than before in it(for the most part), wich brings us to the logic answer to the previous question, wich is that a new good card designers generation is needed because the lack of actual supervisors(not referred to the ones that actually runs the section but more like the non official sages that use to hang out there).
2)Why do i bother so much about the CIA section?
Because as far as my experience goes, i observed that when a person knows what he's doing in the CIA section usually he's someone that almost everytime, turns out to be one the most useful member you can rely on for any doubts.so it's always useful to have people that improve their skills on another ground, compared with the great majority, who cares the most about pvping hard.
STOP:SECOND BIG PREMISE>The CIA section is more like a myth place, as only 1 card out of 1 trillion, realistically does it throught the game, wich, may have discouraged the people i talked of before, to keep it up, over there.
But, as i said before the importance of the CIA section does not stop just to mere cards making.END OF THE SECOND BIG PREMISE

The big update is coming, so if there is still hope for the game to have a total new feature, there's way more hope that your card one day will be inserted in the game.

Hope that the message came out without misunderstandings and if you plan to come back, or newly approach the CIA question, please do not put your ego in front of noobs when judging a card nor the contrary if you are the newcomer who got criticized, thanks for having listened me.
EDIT:If anyone feels to having been attacked in first person, well, that's your problem and please don't come here to complain because the sense of this post is to refresh the quality and the importance of that section, not to discuss about how much you like to put your thoughts in front of others just to show off or how much your cards sucks or do not.
