Great. This probably means that I have to start looking for a new Deck Helper soon. Again. 
While many student becomes less active once the school starts, luckily the overall activity in online gaming increases after the summer is over.
Well, I do hope I don't get demoted for not being as active as I'd like , so I hope you're just implying that we'll need 3 deck helpers instead of 2 since one may not be as active

It's a difficult situation. On one hand I don't want to start demoting people as soon as they go inactive. On the other hand I don't think it's fair if inactive staff members keep their titles while their colleagues do all the work and there are bunch of active people without a staff title.
It all comes down to two things:
1. How much "Deck Helping" work there is going to be
2. How much time you manage to put into it
Like all forum staff positions, this is a volunteer job, not a reward. And like all jobs, if you don't do your job, your boss will probably find someone who will.
But there are million more important things to do first so I'll evaluate this "Deck Helper" situation much later and see if we need to do something about it.
