I'll ask some questions to update my knowledge on the subject (I know a few people in the industry - but no one that works with poetry - at least not primarily).
That said, iirc, poetry is a pretty niche market - I'm not sure I ever knew the names of any poetry journal - but I imagine if you went into a decent size literary magazine shop (not the corner store or adult kind - a real magazine shop) that you could find a few poetry mags - I imagine even some local ones. I would not be surprised to learn that one or two of them publish in English. I'd start by submitting there - unless your university does local publishing (go talk to someone in the literature department, they'd at least be able to point you in the right direction).
Getting poetry published in books is very difficult - poetry books published by a sole author almost require name recognition of some sort, and getting into an anthology is in large part about getting published in other places first, or about knowing the right people.
Now I have no idea where you live in France - but if you're in a large enough center I would imagine you could find a local coffee shop or other small venue that does poetry reading - there is something about the spoken word that carries more emotional content then the written one. Getting connected somewhere like that either by sharing at an open mike night - or by talking to performers would at least get you some connections into what the local poetry publishing might look like.
PM me if you have any further questions
