Alight (http://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/575956) is another one.

Games are a great platform for art, IMHO - the interactivity is an interesting way to get the viewer involved that's difficult otherwise.
Too hard! :(

Edit: Correction - too punishing. I don't mind death, but "start at the beginning" is outdated and punitive.

Just for the record, Don't Look Back is the story of Orpheus and his wife.  Orpheus's wife died, and he went into the underworld to save her.  He made it to Hades, who promised to return her to the mortal world if they could both leave together without him ever looking at her until they were both out of the underworld.  Orpheus led the way, and, when he made it outside of the underworld after many years, he looked back, finally free.   She was still in the underworld and her soul returned to the Asphodel Fields.

Loved is one of my favorite games on there.

Another game to look at is the Linear RPG (sorry I can't link on this). It strips an RPG down to itsbare essentials. It's technically an RPG but it's more of a story than a game.

Linear RPG is fun. I'd consider it more of a parody than art, but it kind of goes both ways.

I found another one: One and One Story (http://www.kongregate.com/games/MaTX222/one-and-one-story). And it's a puzzle game as well!

One Step Back (http://armorgames.com/play/6525/one-step-back)
More of a puzzle game, but the epigraphs qualify it imo.

I love art, especially artistic games because it is an art form people can interact with. This isn't a flash game, but I and some critics I've watched agree that Eternal Darkness is an extremely artistic game.

It occurs to me that Majora's Mask was a "game as art".

Unfortunately, everyone liked Ocarina of Time so much that most were pissed at Nintendo for not serving up more of the same damn thing. But Majora's Mask really was atmospheric and soulful. As a side bonus, you didn't have to spend 60 hours of your life in dungeons like you did if you played through Twilight Princess.

I was gonna post this one too. It's heartwarming and a nice break from all the other depressive art games.
