Elements Meeting in Europe!

The basic idea is very simple: Let's have a party each Year for elements players only!
 - And it's in Europe! (So I can attend as well :3 )

To get this idea rolling, we'd need a couple of things first:

• A bunch of interested folks.
• One or more Organizers.
• A place to party.
• A place to sleep.

1: A bunch of interested folks.
If you are interested, vote in the poll. Please only vote, if you are also actually able to attend the meeting in the certain location. (Date and more specific location will come as organizers show up)

2: One or more Organizers
Are you willing to host a bunch of nerds, gamers and other suspicious folks in your garden? Or do you know a Camping site which would be perfect for the elementals to have a nice barbecue feast of bolted Frogs and Liquid Ice Dragons?
Well, if there are some folks in your area interested, you are very welcome to come forward and propose what you could organize, what folks would have to bring with, possible costs for renting the place and so on. You'll probably know best what people have to know and bring with.

3: A place to party
This is a very vague description on intention. Whether it is a camping site with a shallow water nearby, some dungeon with headbusting soundboxes, or a city with a few nice Irish pubs, it actually doesn't much matter. Though it would probably be nice to have a place where you can actually talk to people

4: A place to sleep
The idea was that this meeting will last for a weekend. Coming either friday evening or saturday morning, leaving sunday evening or whenever you feel like it. So most folks will probably have to sleep at least once in that time and since it isn't very comfortable to sleep like this:
either a hotel, camping site or a barn for sleeping bags would be needed.

Also, I added the other continents as well to the Poll, just so you can see where the interested folks are.

Besides that, something like this should be organized, if not completely, by Zanz himself. I'm not sure if something like this could be at all feasible.

Aye, having always a new meeting location would be great, though having only one every 3 years close to you would be kind of a long time.

But as you said, we gotta find out if this is even possible first anyway

Aye, the idea was to have a RL meeting, I hope it will become more than just an idea.
This was always a great success in another game I played a few years ago, so it hardly can go wrong with the elements community.

We could do one in each place each year, and link to the other 2 by some sort of video chat or something.

Geez, this isn't Zanz's thing at all. This is us deciding we'd like to meet some people who we've been talking to consistently for a while.

I'd actually be pretty interested in seeing what other people here are like in real life.


Of course, I can't actually imagine the "party" ever really getting anywhere - and of course, the girls will be in such high demand that I bet you'd be able to spot one from a distance by a little circle that surrounds said person. Plus the international music, food issues, and to be perfectly honest, the people here don't seem, like huge party people.

I picture it being more like a family reunion. People you've never met telling you how different you look compared to what they expected, and the both awkward and truly brilliant conversations which stem off that.

If I could get to it relatively easily, I'd definetely go.

Same here, I imagine a lot of people here look a lot different than I would assume. I mean, I know most people don't think of me as a disoriented teenager by my activity X)

the thing about a RL meeting is that, the girls (currently nap, higs, and BC, sry if I missed any other that I shouldn't have missed) will be jumped on by the guys...
