This doesn't rule out time travel that creates multiple universes, or time travel that can only go back as far as when it was first invented.
or time travel that can only go forward in time

Based on relativistic effects, the faster you move, the slower time passes for you. This may sound like the opposite of what you want, but it isn't.

You could travel at near the speed of light, and, what would feel to you like minutes would be years everywhere else.

If you get really really close to the speed of light, you could move forward in time as much as you want in what to you is the blink of an eye.

first two ones i mentioned earlier, third i didn't know

also doesnt the third one prove that time travel is theoretically possible?

He was pointing out that we are time travelling ALL THE TIME. You and I are doing it right now.

Now if I get in a space ship and fly away, I will move through time at a different rate than people moving more slowly than me. Ie Relativity. However, everything in my spaceship moves at the same speed so I don't really notice any difference until I return to my planet and see that they have all aged a bunch while I haven't as much.

In theory if you can go faster than the speed of light, you could go back in time....

going faster than the speed of light has been proved impossible, also he said

It is not impossible to travel faster than light: it has actually been done.

It IS however impossible to travel paster than the speed of light in a vacuum.

Light goes at 3.0*10^8 metres per second through a vacuum, but travel slower through other mediums.
Through any medium, motion is possible up to the speed of light in a vacuum, which can be faster than the speed of light in that medium.

In fact, just as when you beat the speed of sound in a given medium, you get a sonic boom, the same thing can happen with light.

The slowest light has even been observed to travel at is a mind-boggling 38MPH through a Bose-Einstein condensate.
