~Dominance~Two clans whom have utterly mastered the elements of this world have worked together to destroy all others that they deemed enemies. They've now respectfully decided that there may only be one. Players will distinguish themselves as specific members of two groups, each empowered with certain skills.
After one clan has been defeated, quarrels begin about who should hold the true title as The Elite, the title an emperor holds over the World of Elements . Let a -second- fight to the death begin.
1. HOW TO SIGN UP?Anyone with a forum and a chat account can sign up for this event. Start by reading the rules very carefully. Then sign up by posting in this topic.
Maximum amount of participants for this event is
24. If the event is full, you can still sign up as a reserve player, and will get a chance to join the event if any of the 24 players don't show up during round 1.
When signing up:
- Include your IGN if it is not the same as your forum.
- Name your preferences of position in order from most to least wanted.
Clan names will be changed for each "Dominance" Event based on the theme. (This will change the name of the Soldiers, Spies, and Support as well)
2. POSITIONS IN CHOICEEach of the clans formed lived through the idea of equivalence. Among the 12 members (of a clan) , there are three subgroups that are empowered with separate yet powerful abilities. These subgroups work off each other to create a powerful offense.
These subgroups of four players will only fight members of the same subgroup in the other clan.
Position #3: Spies: These clansmen gain information from the other clan by dueling the opposing spies. Their duels' results decide how many upgrades the Soldiers are able to use (Two for each duel won).
Position #2: Support: Deck-buffing is a skill necessary to overpower the opponents' thoughts; These clansmen battle the opposing support group to decide the other elements the Soldiers may use. (One specific element [that the support player chooses] for each duel won

Position #1: Soldiers: Strength is a specific skill of these powerful clansmen. Their ability to use upgraded cards and decide how the clan truly fares in battle is quite important. Soldiers' duel results decide which clan has won the round.
T "Other" cards will always be allowed.
3. PART 1 - ROUNDS AND PHASESAt the beginning of each round four elements will randomly be chosen for each of the two clans.
-Spies and Support may only use these elements in deck building (along with other).
-Shards are banned.Each of the five rounds are separately split up into two phases.
These phases are:
1)
Spies VS Spies -and-
Support VS Support (Completely Unupped Dueling) --> It is during this phase that results declare how Soldiers may build their decks.
2)
Soldier VS Soldiers --> This phase decides the winning clan of the round.
Every player will duel every other player at least once in their subgroup.
Phase #1 will be best of 5. Spies and Support will have three days to complete their games.
Phase #2 will be 3 games total. The clan Soldiers with the higher total amount of won will win that round*. Soldiers will have three days to complete their games from when the first sub-round has been completed.
When a clan has won 3 of 5 rounds, Part 2 will begin.
*In case of a tie, two randomly selected soldiers will have an extra duel of best of 3.
Example Round (after Part 1.1 is finished) :
1) Soldier from Clan #1 VS Soldier from Clan #2 (2 - 1)
2) Soldier from Clan #1 VS Soldier from Clan #2 (0 - 3)
3) Soldier from Clan #1 VS Soldier from Clan #2 (1 - 2)
4) Soldier from Clan #1 VS Soldier from Clan #2 (2 - 1)
Total: (5 games - 7 games won)
Clan #2 wins Round 1.
4. PART 2 - ROUNDS OF TRUE DOMINANCEIt is during this this time that the winning clan will disband itself and they will fight to the death.
These twelve players will go into the almighty RNG, setting up six
unupped duels.
Duel are best of 5: The loser *dies* [One and Done]
Shards are banned.
-At the beginning of each of the rounds, six elements will be randomly selected to be used in deck building. You may only use those six for that round.After each duel is over for each round the winner gains the ability to use three upgraded cards in their next duel.
When three players are left, they will duel in round robin fashion. Each player will duel the other two -
five total duels between two players.
The winner is the player who has the most game wins after fighting the other two players.
5. DUELSQuick overview:
Part 1 - sub 1: Best of five.
Part 1 - sub 2: Three total games for each match-up.
Part 2: One and Done until there are three players left. Then there will be a round robin among the three players. Five total games. Player with the highest total of games won is the winner.
6. AFTER DUELSAfter finishing your game, please post the outcome and the decks you used for each game in the Round Thread (This topic will be modified for each round). A brief description is recommended yet not required.
7. WINNERThe winner of part 2 is named 'Tyrant of the WoE'.
