The message it contains is a sentence. It makes perfect sense. It's nothing short such as "I ran." There is no key needed, and I didn't modify the letters in any way (if I had it would be impossible). Those are the only hints I'm giving.

Oh, and using one of those anagram sites doesn't seem to work. You can try it, but none of the ones I tried figured it out.

Not all of them are used. However, if you wrote out every single anagram, several actually would have the correct sequence of letters. Still a very small amount though.
