It's on SG's to do list, it's just been temporarily delayed for a number of reasons.  If it makes you feel better/safer, we haven't had a single discussion in that section since the deadline ended.

We should have had the new Council about 12 days ago or something. What happened was that I thought it would be a good idea to not have the Council sign-up and War round 1 happen at the same time, so I postponed the vote a bit. Now I see that it was a bad move because we had ample time to do the vote. But now that I postponed it, now they would overlap, so it's kind of double fail on my part.
