Can I buy a CD somewhere?

HP Microsoft Windows XP Media Center Edition 2005
When I start it, it does the usual stuff. Shows me my ram, graphics card etc, goes to HP loading screen, but then it goes to a screen that says I have an error and says : Safe Mode, Safe Mod with Command Prompt, Safe Mode with networking, Last Windows that worked, run windows normally. The closest I got is going to PC Recovery then to Safe Mode and it just shows me screen instead of flashing it for a millisecond. I don't have a recovery CD, but can't you just reinstall your Hard Drive to how it was when you bought the comp without a recovery CD? It says PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA

All I got, too late for that though.

I need help, I got BSOD and I can't fix it. I tried to uninstall my out-dated 2006 Norton and get a new anti-virus. After researching for an hour, it says that an anti-virus could of caused my problem. If any of you are wondering, it's 0x000050, the 0s in beginning could be the wrong number.

Well, the thing is I can't even go on My Computer in Safe Mode. If I could then I could fix this.

Can you describe to us what the problem is in a bit more detail? What happens when you boot the computer? When does this problem occur, and how often? What error messages do you get?

Also, some system details would be useful. What operating system, etc.

Well, that sounds like the problem is caused by the anti-virus. I assume you can't follow the following step?

• Resolving an antivirus software problem: Disable the program and confirm that this resolves the error. If it does, contact the manufacturer of the program about a possible update.

Sounds like you need to reinstall windows. But you need the cd for that.

If your computer has a Windows XP Product Key sticker on the outside of it, chances are you can get a replacement install CD or recovery CD from the computer's manufacturer (OEM) if you provide the serial number of the computer.  Generally you pay for the license for Windows and not so much for the media, though the OEM may charge a few bucks for the CD itself and shipping.  Note that if you are using a product key on a sticker on the computer, then you'll need an general OEM copy of a Windows CD (as opposed to a retail, MSDN, or TechNet copy).

If the computer cannot boot to safe mode, try choosing "safe mode with command prompt" as the boot option just to see if that loads.

You could also try the Last Known Good Configuration boot option.
