I have the summer off (from work) and planned my life so I literally have nothing to do. I play elements, go for runs, biking, surfing or hang out with friends whatever.
Anyhow, since summer began I have been sleeping a lot. I never sleep enough (for me) when I am working but usually get at least 7 hours of sleep. I have been routinely sleeping a minimum of 10 this summer. The last couple days I have slept 12 hours a night.
I don't feel terribly tired, or ill for that matter. I exercise most every day and have seemingly good focus and health. I eat really well too... but I am wondering if I have a disorder? I do tend to move around all night (so I hear). Is that preventing deeper sleep?
