I would go to http://imageshack.us/ and upload your image there. Then copy and paste the link in between

You will need to upload the screenshot to the web first.

• The easiest way is to click the Additional Options... button just below and to the left of the response window.
• Once the list is open you will see an option for Attach: (Choose File).
• Simply choose the image file you wish to upload.

but the file size is too large.  Allowed file types: doc, gif, jpg, mpg, pdf, png, txt, zip
Maximum attachment size allowed: 128 KB, per post: 4

how do you attach screen shots in your post.  there is the insert image button. but all that does is  [ img ][ /img ].  I know something needs to go between the 2 bracketed img but don't know what.  Sorry for the noob question.  I don't generally post on forums.  just read them.
