when i was a bit (only a bit younger) naruto was the first anime i seen and really liked and watched evry episode but right now when i see the episodes i really dont like it it bores me i prefer Bleach well firsT:BLEACH

Yeah, I did say negative things about Bleach, but it hasn't stopped me watching nearly 200 episodes via Hulu.  My favorite character is Byakuya Kuchiki by a mile and a half.

I watched Inuyasha religiously for a while, the same with the first FMA.

Also where's Monster on the list?  that thing is creepy, but well thought out.

i don't watch many anime, but i like Ghost in the Shell ^^

Yeah, Naruto Shippuuden, Bleach and OnePiece are nice, but they are all too commercial. I would rather like not to see a single episode for a while instead of seeing unimaginative filler episodes. A good example is "D.Gray Man" it simply stoped after catching up with the manga and thats the best solution. Bad made fillers will just destroy the good impression you received before.
Just think of the last Bleach filler. It was terrible and when you thought it ended it didnt....
And even if there arent filler episodes in Bleach, Naruto and OnePiece at the moment, the narrative tempo is way too slow. Last Bleach Episode.... nothing really happened at all. Arrancar merged, some evading and Ukitake did a counter. I want to say they always talk, talk and talk again. I call it the slow-filler-disease of Bleach, Naruto and OnePiece.
Because of that I voted for FMA and Death Note. Especially the story of Death Note is amazing. You need to use your brain in a way not comparable to all other animes there are.

There are other Animes much more worth to be mentioned in the Poll than Yugi-Oh, Pokemon, Inuyasha....
What about "Elfenlied", "Darker than Black", "Great Teacher Onizuka", "D.Gray Man" and so on.

My favorites are quite old. 

Tonari no Totori, childhood favorite.

Oyayubihime Monogatari, another childhood favorite.

Nightwalker: The Midnight Detective, really made me embrace anime and manga in a whole new light.

More recently, it's probably Arakawa Under the Bridge only. Now, I'm feeling nostalgic.
