1 part rum (works with vodka too)

I used to own a pub, so I know drinks reasonably well (not fantastically though, if anyone asked for a cocktail they'd be more likely to be asked to leave than to get what they ordered). I love trying random stuff just to see what it tastes like.

Since I'm out of tonic water, I'm currently drinking something I like to refer to as "Belle La Bouff" (if you get the reference then I give you leave to laugh at me. I blame my girlfriend).

One part sarsaparilla (available at the "ethnic foods" section at my local supermarket)
