And the point of this deck is, what, to troll me?  Octane kept flying his Eagle's Eyes.  I Antimattered/Quinted 2 of them, because I drew only 2 AM.  I had all 6 of my Reflective Shields within the first few turns (one on the field, 5 in hand).  Even if I had been able to keep AMíng his Snipers, it wouldn't have made a difference, because his deck is bigger than mine and I would have decked out.

I have no idea why anyone ever thought this deck was a good idea.  I know absolutely for certain that I never will use it again.

He has double draw. He decks out 98% of the time where you don't have a bad draw. Guess what? You had a bad draw, which I'm sure you were well aware of when you had all six copies of a card you only need one of in the first few turns.

As a side note, he only has 8 AWs, which means a total of nine possible eagle eyes on the field (counting the inanimate one), while you have six copies of the AM/quint combo. So even if you get a bad draw, as long as he doesn't also get a good draw, you can still hold out (though you're not always going to, particularly if you got a no-reflective or no-nova bad draw).

Personal experience puts this one around probably 60-70% win rate over dozens of games. Pella is obviously welcome to play or not play whatever he wants, but to anyone else reading this, I would recommend not making your decision based on his bad draw.

Even with his double draw, I would have decked out, not him.

While that is possible, it is only possible if he manages to spend a large portion of the game at seven cards in-hand. This basically does not ever happen concurrently with him being able to spam eagle eyes (i.e. it almost always happens because he bottomdecks nearly all of either the EEs or the AWs resulting in his hand filling up with the other of the two - basically every other card besides the fire lances he plays immediately), and only happens at all quite rarely. In my experience, maybe 5% of games (if that) end in player deckout.

If some really truly bizarre situation has occurred and he's holding 7 cards in hand and has several EEs on the field, if you antimatter an EE and do not quint it, he'll blow a lance on it, which can get him back to double-drawing.

At any rate, like I said, you got unlucky. It can happen. It does happen. However, it frequently does not happen.

I disagree and I can certainly relate to Pella. I've played the deck many, many times and I am very dissatisfied with its performance. As far as unupped oracle counters go, this deck should not be used.

Sorry Giantfrog, FGs are really kinda strong for a reason and the decks posted here have the highest tested winrate on the FG, but it isn't a 100% guarantee. Usually people can pull an EM from these decks, but not always.
