I think everybody agrees SoW should work in all creatures.
It could give +3/+0 to all, but +3/-3 to immortal, so its harder to create OP creatures.

I have noticed, that my nerf suggestion from page 1 is not a poll option (change the skill tree of shard golem, so that immortality needs more SoW, and/or shield effects for spell damage)

That´s a matter of opinion.
Let me rephrase.
SoW is used as SoW will not be affected by changing SoW used as Aether shard golem component.
If SoW used as SoW is unbalanced then no change to SoW used as Aether shard golem component will alter the balance of SoW used as SoW.

In comparison: Changing Pharaoh will not change the balance of Mummy used as Mummy.

 I think SoWisdom is pretty balanced. If you want counters, then pick up that forgotten Emerald/Reflective Shield of yours. Yes, you may not play the shard if there is an Emerald/Refective Shield on the opponent's field, but this doesn't prevent your opponent from playing his shield AFTER you've buffed your immortal creature, making you to regret playing SoW in the first place. Furthermore, since Emerald/Reflective Shields can't be destroyed or stolen, they automatically make your SoWs and your Psions 'dead' cards on your hand.
 By the way, if SoW could target ANY creature (regardless of immortality) then I would make a deck with 6 SoWs & Emerald/Reflective Shields, I would buff opponent's creatures with my SoWs and let them kill their master by hitting on my shield (in other words, OP).

Evey card is OP if you don't have counters for it. Every card is UP if you have counters for it. Everything depends on your deck and your opponents deck.
According to your ideas we have the following:
*RoL/Hope is OP, because it has a counter (mass-CC) it doesn't mean it's not OP.
*Life rush is OP, because it has a counter (Dim, Wings) it doesn't mean it's not OP.
*Catatitans is OP, because it has a counter (RT, Mutation, PC) it doesn't mean it's not OP.
...and the list still goes.

EDIT: However, there are some exceptions in this rule. Immorush, Novabow, SoSacs, SoFs etc. :P

I am disappointed that you would twist my words so.  I did not say that every deck was OP even though they had counters, or that every card was OP.  But having counters does not mean that a card isn't OP.  Thunderstorm counters SoFo, but that does not mean that SoFo is balanced.
