The Shrieker itself is a 10|4 creature for 8 :earth, so it is very balanced.  As kdz says, it is Graboid that is annoying.

Shrieker does not need a direct nerf. However, it could be nerfed by nerfing graboid, by making graboid evolve into a burrowed shrieker.
