[Official] Miracle | Improved Miracle (Semi-Permalink)
« on: September 25, 2010, 10:36:07 pm »

Im sure many others will agree and some will disagree but this card is so annoying when I have been playing Top 50 lately and a few times I have been close to winning and then miracle is played and with the shards they go up to about 299+ hp and its like using a cheat code to finish the game, its just not right..

I have a suggesting why not make it half of thier maximum hp or 1/3 -1.

Thank you

That would make Miracle completely useless.  Those stalls your playing in Top 50 aren't hard to beat if your using a good deck.  Personally I never use miracle because it has such a high cost when it doesn't heal me enough.  I think Miracle is fine.

The whole point of miracle is to make sure you don't die and isn't that powerful as it can easily be outrushed and it doesn't actually deal with the creatures that dealt the damage in the first place.

Miracle does not need a nerf for the reason given by miniwally.
If it put you to 1/3 -1 that is 32. You could do more with heals, as they cost 3 or 2 and don't drain all life you have stored up. Even holy flash would be better.

You meanie! :P

Anyway, miniwally's right. I used a slightly modified unupped Shrieker Rush and managed to beat Miracle even after he/she/it used 2 Miracles (I was lucky he didn't get a 3rd one :O). Miracle just so happened to be a counter to your strategy. There are other decks that can counter Miracle Decks as well, so it's fine as it is.

True, only a low damage setup can't blast through healing such as miracle. The problem is there is a heavy emphasis on defence with a few quinted attackers, especially against FG. Now, as a human, try to build a healing deck with lots of miracles and stuff. It doesn't work that well. You are only defending while the other one is doing the damage. The cost is quite significant so you can't spam that well.
Shards aren't overpowered, as long as you have them yourself.

So, the reason you consider Miracle OP is because you lost against a deck with it?  ::)

I just love how there are more votes for buff than there is for both of the nerf options combined.

This does not follow correct format. Make sure you include pictures of the card in question.

I don't think it needs a buff, but in all honesty I would rather see it buffed than nerfed.
