i think heal is the most over powered life/healing card i think heal should cost at least 1 more quanta. (BTW sorry bout no pic I'm new to forum and I know absolutely nothing about how to use this site)

heal heals for 20 once, shards heal for 5 hp per turn  + any quanta type. 20 isn't much.
Nerfing heal would hurt life a lot, no nerf.

I'm going to assume from your signature and your lack of reasoning for the card needing a nerf that the only reason you want this card nerfed is because you keep losing to it in T50 and/or PvP.  That's not a good reason for wanting to start a thread like this.  If you wish to convince anyone that this card needs to be nerfed then you'll need to provide a very good argument for why it makes the game imbalanced.
