Yeah, I don't think the suggestion I made is really necessary, but it's one I've never seen mentioned before, and it would technically solve the problem. (and probably make fractal go unplayed) I agree that cards should be designed in such a way that fractal doesn't break them in half, rather than just nerfing/removing fractal from the game. I mentioned it more for the sake of discussion than because I think it should be nerfed like that.
