Dim Shield was already nerfed, pretty recently too.  Namely, when the 75 quanta cap was added.  That didn't *directly* change the shield, but it absolutely crippled its synergy with bolts.  Before then, the shield was a lot more annoying, now the shield is not too annoying.  It forces you to pack PC when you visit the arena... but that's not a bad thing, it would be silly if a pure rush could beat everything.

SoFo ,SoFre, SoW,  steal , explosion, pulverizer etc are enough 2 deal with it. no nerf

I thought we agree to not use "it haz counter therefore balanced".
Anyway, compare Sundial.
1 quantum worth 2 sides not attacking. 1 extra for your side to attack.
3 turn should cost 6 quanta.

It has a card advantage, which makes it powerful, though not OP.
(if you insist to nerf it, make it last 2 turns at 4 quanta cost = reduce its card advantage)

in my opinion dimension sheild it should be 2 turns, because with 3 the chance of renew is very large, almost perpetuates. 4 now? may be 10 that will not make much difference.

It's not simply "it haz counter therefore balanced."  Rather, it has a variety of both soft and hard counters across different elements.

It has counters and is therefore balanced is fallacious.
It has a variety of distributed counters and is therefore balanced is fallacious but less so.
It has a variety of distributed efficient counters and is therefore balanced is fallacious but now is soft evidence for balance.
It has a variety of distributed efficient balanced counters and is therefore balanced is fallacious but now is strong soft evidence for balance.
(There are few ways a card could be OP and be efficiently countered by balanced cards)

Comparing the efficiency of the questionable card (and its combos) is the most accurate way to identify balance/imbalance.

I don't think dimensional shield needs a nerf, but one idea I threw around one day was to nerf it from 'prevents ALL damage' to something like a 5 damage resistance shield, or 6, or somewhere in that neighbourhood.  5 or 6 DR would make it still pretty strong, but as I said, I don't think it's needed.
