I made a mistake in laying that deck out. I forgot nightfall. (Also remember that I said that I have never run or fully studied these decks, just fought them.) But, hmm. I guess it just beats any deck I can use with the cards I own. Maybe devourer doesn't need a nerf, but I'd still go with a +1 playing cost.

Earthquake, however, that is a seperate matter.

EQ is a bit OP. However, I can't see any conceivable nerf for it.

And Heric, try getting a death deck. Poison is extremely cheap to use.

Control decks (ex: denial decks) focus on not losing. Their deck's primary goal is to not lose. This is supported by a few cards that can win.

Really? Pest should be nerfed! It has 0 damage.... No harm done, and can Easily be countered, and Pest..the upgraded devourer...0 damage...4 hp...that sucks. for the cost of 2 to get out. that sucks.
