Definitely doesn't need nerf.  Your damage calculations are based on the assumption that each player does nothing but play 1 weapon and wait to see which weapon kills the other.  That's not what actually happens.

OP's math is slightly off. The poison damage inflicted in turn 1 is not taken until turn 2, that added in 2 not taken till 3, etc. This adds up considerably. (or rather, subtracts from the total)

With that in mind, let's compare turn by turn, the total damages of Titan and Arsenic(unupped):

7 14 21 28 35 42 49 56 63 70 77 84 -Titan
2 5   9   14 20 27 35 43 53 64 76 89 -Arsenic

That's 12 turns for Arsenic to overtake Titan, and Titan can't be blocked.  Upped takes 11 turns, both hit the 100 mark in 12.

The purpose of other rare weapons is not to only do damage.
Titan: Has momentum in order to not be blocked by shields
Morning Star: Is Immaterial
Discord: Scrambles quanta
Druidic Staff: Heals
etc.

You incorrectly assume that the point of rare weapons is only to deal damage.

Arsenic doesn't need a change.  It is only better than other pure-damage weapons (Titan, Morning Star) (see my previous post for the correct math on that) in a lengthy game with the most ideal circumstances, and given how rare those are, it is fine as it is.  It doesn't need a cost increase either, as an expensive Arsenic is an ineffective arsenic.  Only, I must stress, only over a long game (10+ turns) with no misses or purify does it do more damage than the other damage weapons.  A cost increase (the simplest, most benign-seeming nerf) would be a disaster to the weapon's viability.
