Neptune actually did get a Perma pretty fast as far as I remember. Since he doesn't heal it's still not that big a deal cause sooner or later you punch him with some well-built 25att Destroyers.
I also won against Incarnate with this while being drunk (again):
Added some momentums to bypass the bonewalls but forgot to add grav.quanta generation
... tons of dead weight and quite a close call but Incarnate went down. 8)
