I made a remix of the music I found in the game (specifically the intro and FG music) it can be found and downloaded for free here
its currently all rights reserved because I like owning my music, but if someone wants to remix it I can change it to creative commons.
Opinions?

I would highly recommend that you get in touch with the composers of the original music first to get their permission to even do a remix in the first place.

this
and
your description:
"Elements is a free online fantasy card game found here: elements.com
I took the game music an remixed it, hope you enjoy it!"
is wrong
its http://elementsthegame.com

also, you cant have all rights reserved on a remix. ALL of the rights are reserved to the person who owns the ORIGINAL song

You gotta be kidding. I suggest removing not only that link from there, but the whole track as it is, until you've managed to get a permission for doing this.

This has been discussed before...

The original composer of the music was John Carpenter. He owns the rights to the song.

jmizzle7 did a composition of it, but he's only licensed to use it in the game.

Correct. Although it's Justin Carpenter, but still, the end result is the same. I obtained permission to take his melody and produce an arrangement for use exclusively in the game proper.

It is here that strange compromises are made and new senses are born."

I believe that as I changed the melodies, as well as created them on my own synths, I am not breaking copyright laws, and I believe that I could have used samples of this music in my track anyways, although if anyone can offer proof otherwise I will remove the track.
regardless, I have changed the track to creative commons anyways, also, I fixed the link.
