I just think they're awesome, and would encourage the bands to make more music like this :D

Yeah, it´s a nice combination.

I prefer Metal combined with classical music though.

Haggard - Per aspera ad astra
Manowar - Achilles Agony and Ecstacy
Nightwish - Ghost Love Score

Crossovers provide the most interesting music in my opinion.
