Greek Music stuck in my head

I just can't find a music that's stuck in my hand. I remember I heard it last summer a lot when I was in Greece.

I can't be too descriptive though, all I have is this:

It was more like a party music, and at some point during the music, the singer paused to say something like "Tick-tock, tick-tock, tika-tika" and resume. It was more like "normal" music type.

That's all I've got though

Well, just spam this topic with anything that sounds similar to what I'm describing and I'll let you know when anyone has found it.

Any chance it's this? Party feel, 'tick tock' 3x at some points, standard pop footprint, well-known enough to be played internationally.

The first two of Manuel's are really really close to it (or maybe I remember it slightly different, there is one part that sounds exactly as I remember it). I think what they were playing on the radios was a remix of this or something, so I'll search for it. At least I know the name now. Thanks^^
