If we go by spoken, then I speak casual Burmese and casual Spanish.
In written, basic Spanish

Burmese: 3 speaking only
Spanish: 5 basic speaking and some reading

{rank 1} French, and German. I like to read French and German books. but It takes me awhile, and I don't speak or understand spoken of iether although I can get a gist of a conversation, sometimes.

{rank 3} English(not American). I have long since not had to suffer the proper language. and unpracticed means loss of skill.

{rank 10} Anukian,(is referred to Sumerian generally), years of speaking this language, with tribe members and family. is my most fluent language.

{rank 1} American sign language, I teach this to my children. but only so they may become proficient with it. I do know a few words that are not lost to me. but not so much phrases and structured communicative phrases; those I don't  maintain myself after passing them on.

{rank 0.5}Japanese, but only the few words my first wife thought I needed to know, and not much else. I did study 3 versions of their alphabet however. fascinating.

Native russian speaker. Not perfect though, but that's just me sometimes forgetting how to form sentences, what I was talking about or just generally being a silly sausage, which flows its way into both english and russian. Apart from that, my russian is 10
