I'm really liking Korra's arc atm. It's not the best show in the world, but as long as Mako gets the backlash he deserves and doesn't end up with her, I'll be happy.

I'm catching up with all the episodes I've missed so far.
I absolutely love the story about the world's first Avatar. That's always been a question I've had about this and I couldn't think of a more perfect way to tell how Avatars came into being.

That was my favorite part too. I really think they did a good job with that part, even over all the rest of the series.

It could be argued that Wan didn't have a tight enough bond to Vatuu and that is what prevented him from doing the same. It could also be argued that this was a first time thing that only Korra could do, having Raava's energy in her since she was little and then doing spirit mambo jumbo tricks.

OKAY I JUST FINISHED THE 10TH EPISODE AND I HAVE TO SAY WHAT THE HELL WAS KORRA THINKING WHEN SHE OPENED THE OTHER PORTAL?

"It's your friend's soul or 10,000 years of darkness" AND SHE CHOOSES 10,000 YEARS OF DARKNESS KNOWING VERY WELL THAT THEY PROBABLY WEREN'T GOING TO LET HER GO ANYWAYS.

GAH I love so many characters in this show, but I am just not a fan of Korra herself. She's so stupid >.>
