Up was scary? Are you kidding me? You haven't seen scary until you've seen the US release of the 3 part Digimon movie. That was scary as hell. First off, it starts with an egg all of a sudden appearing in a japanese apartment structure. Yeah, you know where this is going. And it's these two children who find it. It's not long until this egg hatches. And it's not some friendly bird egg. It's this black blob with glowing yellow eyes and long black ears. It's ravenous and no doubt hungry. But before it could devour either of the children in changes, grows larger. It's now a child size pink talking blob with even longer crazier ears. it's eyes can look straight into your soul and it's mouth is half of it's entire body. It's talking to these kids now, who for some alien reason, aren't too afraid of it. But that's normal, they are Japanese kids. This probably happens every tuesday. But it doesn't stop there, oh no my friends. This is when things get freaky. A second egg appears, only this time it's freaking huge and descending from the black ominous coulds. It's full of funky colors and then it hatches. This time it is a bird! It's a giant multi-colored talking parrot. Not only that it fires lightning bolts from it's head feathers. As it turns out, that parrot is like mortal enemies with the pink blob. So it leaves the kids alone, despite how delicious they looked, and went after the bird. It goes plowing through the kids' window, shatering it and leaving glass shards everywhere and jumps down. it's on the 6th story! When it lands, it's now this giant orange dinosaur! And it's mad as hell. it goes running after the parrot and they start fighting. The orange dino isn't strong enough, so it decides to get even bigger. Now it's a larger orange giant with blue stripes, a helmet with three horns on it and the power to throw huge fireballs with it's freaking mouth! But it's still not strong enough and mister giant dino gets killed. One of the kids fell in love with it, like all japanese monster movies, and goes down to it. She's crying, and the dino is really just absorbing her tears as health. Then she starts blowing this whistle she has. That enrages the beast awake and finally kills the parrot, taking it's own life with it.
And that's the first twenty minutes of the movie!
