No, you hardly get to see her at all. In fact I think it might just be the first two episodes. Lauren Faust says that she doesn't want her to have a lot of screen time because she's a negative sort of character. Even though she's redeemed in a way it takes a way from the normal vibe of the show. But she is unique, and the fact that she's so "persecuted" and hardly ever seen only makes her garner a stronger cult following.
...Not that I watch this show. It's for little girls and creepy old perverts I would never even think of watching it. Ever.
